About the Power Platform Customer Success Engineer position

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Customer Success Engineer to support our custom model-driven apps and assist customers with Power Automate flows. You will document feature requests and bug reports while collaborating closely with our engineering team. This role offers flexible working hours (20-40 hours per week based on your availability) with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Power Platform model-driven apps, including navigation, customization, and usability.
  • Assist customers in creating custom views, forms, and columns within model-driven apps.
  • Develop and maintain complex Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Document customer feature requests and bug reports, and communicate them to the engineering team.
  • Guide customers through Power Platform best practices to enhance their workflows and experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product usability and customer success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse, and model-driven apps.
  • Advanced experience creating complex cloud flows using Power Automate.
  • General understanding of Power FX and its use in Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience providing customer support and troubleshooting within the Power Platform environment.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL queries and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
  • Exposure to KingswaySoft data integration tools.
  • Experience working in a customer success or technical support role.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers.

Contract Details:
